Ngwo-ngwo
- 3 lbs of Goat meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp bouillon granules
- 1 Cameroon pepper
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 garlic cloves
- Throw it all ingredients your crock pot.
- Add plenty of water since you’re making soup.
- Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
