- 200g vermicelli
- 25ml ghee
- 1.5l milk
- 100g sugar
- 100g cashew nuts
- 50g raisins
- 5g cardamom powder
- Heat ghee and fry the vermicelli until golden
- Mix in cashews and raisins
- Add milk and boil for 5 minutes
- Mix in sugar and stir until dissolved
- Stir in cardamom powder and serve hot or warm
